The draft in your browser
The submit form saves what you have typed into your browser’s local storage under convincer.draft, so that closing the tab halfway through writing a dossier does not lose it. It holds the form fields and nothing else: the category, the product’s name, URL, tagline, summary, audience, pricing, capabilities and limitations.
It stays on your device. It is not sent anywhere, not readable by this site’s server, and not readable by any other site. It is cleared when you submit the product, when you click “start over” on the restored draft, or whenever you clear your browser’s site data.
What is not here
No analytics cookies. No advertising or retargeting cookies. No social media pixels. No fingerprinting. No third-party cookies of any kind — the site’s content security policy will not load a third-party script, so none can be set even by accident.
Nothing stored on your device is used to track you, here or anywhere else. The session cookie and the form draft above are the whole of it — there is no other local storage, no session storage, and no database in your browser.
Why there is no cookie banner
Under the ePrivacy rules, consent is required before anything is stored on your device unless it is strictly necessary for a service you asked for. Both things stored here fall inside that exemption: a cookie that exists only to keep you signed in, and a record of what you typed into a form so that it survives a closed tab. Neither is used for anything else, so there is nothing to ask you about.
A banner would be theatre. If a tracking cookie is ever added, this page changes and a real consent prompt appears with it — one that works before anything is set, not after.
Controlling it
Signing out deletes the cookie. Submitting the form, or “start over” on a restored draft, deletes the draft. Clearing site data in your browser removes both.
You can also block cookies outright — the site still works, but you will not be able to stay signed in, so you cannot file or defend.
Because nothing here tracks you across sites, “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals have nothing to act on. There is no cross-site profile to suppress.
